EyeCare Service Partners (ECSP), an ophthalmic and optometric provider with
practices throughout the U.S., began experiencing a decline in appointment requests

WebMD and Vitals proved to be a reliable source of leads for the ECSP team, as
they generated more new patient appointments and lowered their overall cost-
per-lead rate. During a time when other non-emergency healthcare providers
began experiencing a decline in appointment requests, ECSP found a way to
reach leads who where otherwise unreachable with social distancing guidelines
in place. Shadetra credits her early success at ECSP to Featured Profile features
like online booking and display advertising. Because of Featured
Profiles, ECSP increased their overall lead-to-patient conversion rate.
